MY PROPERTY APP’s TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Privacy Policy governs how we handle your personal information when you use myapp.property and associated services. Please review this policy.
- property ("MPA" or "we" or "us" or "our") provides the following services (“the MPA’s Service")
- Subscription:
- Subscription starts when a user registers and is accepted.
- Subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party.
- There's a provision for a Free Trial, which is for first-time subscribers only.
- Different Service Plans are available with varying benefits and restrictions.
- Subscribers must be aware of and agree to the terms of their chosen Service Plan.
- Upgrading or downgrading a Service Plan has specific procedures and implications.
- Service Plans can change, but subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance.
- Subscribers must agree to all terms and conditions.
- Billing and Payment:
- Subscribers must pay either a Monthly or Annual Fee.
- The Monthly Fee is calculated from the date of registration or the end of the Free Trial.
- The Annual Fee is calculated similarly but for a year-long period.
- The Monthly or Annual Fee doesn't cover internet or data costs.
- Payment dates are set based on the registration date or the end of the Free Trial.
- Changing Service Plans affects the billing amount.
- The Monthly or Annual Fee can increase by up to 10% annually. If it's more than 10%, subscribers can cancel their subscription.
- Subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any fee increases.
- Payment methods must be provided upon registration and kept updated.
- If payment fails, the subscriber remains responsible for the amount, and the subscription may be suspended.
- Subscribers can request sales records and invoices.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
- Suspension due to Prohibited Acts
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have committed any Prohibited Acts, we may suspend your access to the MPA’s Service immediately without prior notice.
During the suspension period, we will investigate the alleged misconduct. Based on our findings, we may either reinstate your access or terminate your subscription.
We reserve the right to take any other legal actions against you if your misconduct has caused harm to us or any third party.
- Effects of Suspension
During the suspension of your MPA Account or the MPA’s Service, you will not be able to access or use the MPA’s Service.
Any suspension of the MPA’s Service does not exempt you from your obligation to pay any fees or charges that you owe us.
We are not liable for any damages or losses you may suffer as a result of the suspension of the MPA’s Service.
- Termination of the MPA’s Service
By You
- You may terminate your subscription to the MPA’s Service at any time by providing us with written notice. The termination will take effect at the end of the current Subscription Period for which you have paid.
- If you terminate your subscription before the end of a Subscription Period, you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid.
By Us
We may terminate your subscription to the MPA’s Service if:
- You breach any of these Terms and Conditions of Service and fail to remedy the breach within a specified period after receiving written notice from us;
- We are unable to collect payment from your Payment Details or through your Payment Method for a prolonged period;
- We believe that your actions may cause harm or legal liability to us or any third party.
- We will provide you with written notice of termination, stating the reasons for the termination.
- Effects of Termination
Upon termination of your subscription, your right to use the MPA’s Service will cease immediately.
Any fees or charges that you owe us up to the date of termination will remain due and payable.
We are not liable for any damages or losses you may suffer as a result of the termination of the MPA’s Service.

Your continued use of the MPA’s Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions of Service.
